Dog Licenses: In order to process Dog Licenses, the rabies vaccination must be current.

Birth Certificates: Birth records for people born while their parents were residents of Spencer, Massachusetts

Death Certificates: Death certificates for anyone who was a resident of Spencer at the time of death; died in Spencer; or any Veteran who is buried in Spencer.

If you are not certain whether a record is filed with the Spencer Town Clerk, call the office for confirmation at 508-885-7500 x150 before ordering.  The Clerk’s office is open Monday-Wednesday from 7:30am – 4:30pm.

Payment Options:
You have two (2) options for paying your bill; either by electronic check or by credit card.

Electronic Check:
You will need one of your checks with you when you pay your bill online in order to get your account number and the bank’s routing number from it. You will be shown where this information is on your check. Please note: there will be a $0.50 cart processing fee assessed for all electronic check payments.

Credit Card:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for credit card payments. There will be a convenience fee for each online payment. The credit card service provider charges the fee to your credit card. When paying by credit card, the fee amount will appear in a separate box. (Fee Schedule)
