The Town of Wakefield offers a convenient and user-friendly way to pay bills online that includes scheduling payments for Real Estate, Personal Property, Excise, Water/Sewer bills and AutoPay for Real Estate & Personal Property.

Payment Options:

The options for bill payment include electronic check (no fee) or credit card (fee). Bill payment by telephone is not an option.

Electronic Check: 
There is no fee to pay using ACH. The bank’s routing number and the checking account number are required when paying.

Credit Card:
There is a convenience fee for each credit card payment (click here for the fee schedule). We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. When paying by credit card, the fee amount will appear in a separate box and will be totaled with the amount of the tax.
