The Town of Wakefield offers a convenient and user-friendly way to pay bills online that includes scheduling payments for Real Estate, Personal Property, Excise, Water/Sewer bills and AutoPay for Real Estate & Personal Property.

Payment Options:

The options for bill payment include electronic check (no fee), credit card (fee), and PayPal/Venmo (fee). Bill payment by telephone is not an option.

Electronic Check: 
There is no fee to pay using ACH. The bank’s routing number and the checking account number are required when paying.

Credit & Debit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The service provider charges a non-refundable convenience/service fee that applies to each card payment. The fee will be displayed during the payment process and will appear as a separate charge on your credit card/bank statement. (Fee Schedule)

PayPal/Venmo:
We accept PayPal/Venmo for payments. There will be a convenience/service fee for each online payment. PayPal/Venmo charges the fee to your account. When paying by PayPal/Venmo, the fee amount will appear in a separate box. (Fee Schedule)
