PLEASE NOTE: Interest and fees will not be waived if the website is inoperable for any reason. If the website is inoperable, payments can be made at Town Hall or by mail.
Failure to receive a bill does not affect the validity of the tax or penalties.
There are two (2) options for making payments online; Electronic check or Credit/Debit card.
Electronic Check:
You will need your account number and your bank’s routing number. There is a $0.50 cart processing fee assessed per transaction on all electronic check payments.
Credit Cards:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit card payments. There will be a convenience fee for each online payment. The credit card service provider charges and retains these fee’s. When paying by credit card, the fee amount will appear in a separate box and will be totaled with the amount.
Due to delays associated with refunds, if you are not certain whether a record of birth, death or marriage is filed with the Westminster Town Clerk’s Office, please call the office for confirmation at (978)874-7406 BEFORE ordering online.
