Please note: The Online Payment Center is available for the payment of Real Estate taxes ONLY. Please mail payments for motor-vehicle excise and personal property taxes directly to the Town Collector, 351 Amherst Road, Pelham, MA 01002.

Please use a separate transaction for each parcel, although it is fine to pay for more than one tax quarter in a single transaction.

If you have any past due balances, then the payment you make today will be applied first to past due interest and charges, then principal in accordance with Massachusetts General Law.

Electronic Check:
You will need one of your checks with you when you pay your bill online in order to get your account number and the bank’s routing number from it.  You will be shown where this information is on your check. Please note: there will be a $0.50 cart processing fee assessed per transaction for all electronic check payments.

Credit & Debit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The service provider charges a non-refundable convenience/service fee that applies to each card payment. The fee will be displayed during the payment process and will appear as a separate charge on your credit card/bank statement. (Fee Schedule)

PayPal/Venmo:
We accept PayPal/Venmo for payments. There will be a convenience fee for each online payment.  PayPal/Venmo charges the fee to your account.  When paying by PayPal/Venmo, the fee amount will appear in a separate box. (Fee Schedule)
