NOTE: To take advantage of the early payment discount, you must be eligible. If you are, enter the 'Net Due' payment amount up until your discount date. Payments made after the discount date should reflect the 'Gross Amount' amount.

You can pay via ACH (electronic debit from your checking account), PayPal/Venmo or by credit card (please note fees are determined by the credit card processor - Fee Schedule). Your payment information is protected with state-of-the-art industry encryption methods certified through VeriSign.

1. The SMLD treats all customer information as proprietary and confidential information.
2. Our SMLD Identity Theft Prevention Policy provides effective administrative, technical and physical safeguards for the protection of personal information.
3. The SMLD will not disclose any nonpublic personal information collected on this site, except for the sole purpose of completing the transaction, which you have requested.
4. Account information is updated each night, so payments will not be reflected on-line until the next business day.
5. If the payment is returned to the SMLD for insufficient funds in the bank account, a $25.00 fee will be charged.
