Payments until midnight count as same day credit.

Please note that interest and fees will not be waived if the website is inoperable for any reason. If the website is inoperable, payments can be made by mail or at the Collector's window anytime the Town Hall is open. If you have any past due balances, then the payment you make today will be applied first to past due interest and charges, then principal, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law.

ACH PAYMENTS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON (I.E. INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, STOP PAYMENT, INCORRECT ACCOUNT INFORMATION, ETC.) ARE SUBJECT TO A $25.00 FEE PER BILL FROM THE TOWN OF TEMPLETON.

Electronic Check:
You will need one of your checks with you when you pay your bill online in order to get your account number and the bank’s routing number from it. You will be shown where this information is on your check. Please note: there will be a $0.50 cart processing fee assessed for all electronic check payments.

Credit & Debit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The service provider charges a non-refundable convenience/service fee that applies to each card payment. The fee will be displayed during the payment process and will appear as a separate charge on your credit card/bank statement. (Fee Schedule)

PayPal/Venmo:
We accept PayPal/Venmo for payments. There will be a convenience/service fee for each online payment. PayPal/Venmo charges the fee to your account. When paying by PayPal/Venmo, the fee amount will appear in a separate box. (Fee Schedule)
