Payments made online require seven days from the date of payment for a Motor Vehicle Clearance. If you require an immediate release of a Mark at the RMV a cash payment must be made in-person at the City of Worcester Treasurer & Collector's Office located in Room 203 City Hall 455 Main Street Worcester, MA 01608.
