A $15 late surcharge is added to every unpaid ticket 21 days after issue date. Tickets remaining unpaid are subject to a 2nd late penalty of $25. ACH payment of tickets marking a registration for non-renewal at the RMV will result in removal of the mark in 6 days (Monday following if this is a weekend). Credit Card payment will result in mark removal on the following business day.
