Welcome to the Douglas Town Clerk’s Online Order Center

 

 

The Town Clerk offers our residents a convenient, efficient, user friendly way to order services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Electronic Check:
You will need one of your checks with you when you pay your bill online in order to get your account number and the bank’s routing number from it. You will be shown where this information is on your check. Please note: there will be a $0.50 cart processing fee assessed for all electronic check payments.

Credit Card:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for credit card payments.   There will be a convenience fee for each online payment. The credit card service provider charges the fee to your credit card. When paying by credit card, the fee amount will appear in a separate box. (Fee Schedule)

PayPal/Venmo:
We accept PayPal/Venmo for payments.  There will be a convenience fee for each online payment. PayPal/Venmo charges the fee to your account. When paying by PayPal/Venmo, the fee amount will appear in a separate box. (Fee Schedule)

PLEASE NOTE: Due to delays associated with refunds, if you are not certain whether a vital record is filed in Douglas or you do not have a current rabies certificate filed with the Douglas Town Clerk, please call the office for confirmation at (508) 476-4000 x255 prior to placing your order.
