For dates of service prior to April 1, 2026 pay your bill via UniPay by clicking Patient Payments; For dates of service April 1, 2026 and after, pay your bill via UMass Memorial
Only Milford Regional Medical Center bills are to be paid on this payment portal. Please refer to your billing statement for correct provider payment information.
Payment Options:
You have two (2) options either by ACH/Electronic Check or by Credit Card.
ACH/Electronic Check:
Please select a transaction on the left to submit your payment by ACH/Electronic Check. You will need to provide your bank's routing number and your bank account number to pay by this method. A helpful image is available during the payment process to assist in locating this information.
Credit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for credit cards.
Payment Features
