Welcome to the Town of Carlisle Payment Center

This service is made available through our online payment partner, UniBank Government Services. It offers taxpayers a convenient way to pay tax bills 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. You will receive confirmation of your payment by e-mail. Transactions are secure using industry encryption technology and certified through VeriSign. You have two (2) options for paying your bill; either by electronic check or by credit card.

Electronic check:
You will need your account number and bank’s routing number. You will be shown an image demonstrating where this information is located on one of your checks. There will be a $0.50 cart processing fee assessed for all electronic check payments.

Credit Card:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for credit card payments. There will be a convenience fee for each online payment. The credit card service provider charges the fee to your credit card. When paying by credit card, the fee amount will appear in a separate box. (Fee Schedule)
