PLEASE USE THE FISCAL TAX YEAR NOT THE CALENDAR YEAR WHEN LOOKING UP AN ACCOUNT. THE FISCAL TAX YEAR CHANGES ON JULY 1ST AND IS LOCATED ON THE REMITTANCE SLIP OF YOUR WATER OR SEWER BILL.
Electronic Check:
You will need one of your checks with you when you pay your bill online in order to get your account number and the bank’s routing number from it. You will be shown where this information is on your check. There will be a $0.50 cart processing fee assessed per transaction for all electronic check payments. Please note that each unique item ordered is considered a transaction.
Credit & Debit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The service provider charges a non-refundable convenience/service fee that applies to each card payment. The fee will be displayed during the payment process and will appear as a separate charge on your credit card/bank statement. (Fee Schedule)
PayPal/Venmo:
We accept PayPal/Venmo for payments. There will be a convenience/service fee for each online payment. PayPal/Venmo charges the fee to your account. When paying by PayPal/Venmo, the fee amount will appear in a separate box. (Fee Schedule)
