The Yard Waste Facility will open on April 4 at 7.30 am. Stickers are purchased annually (April 2023- December 2023); $20 if under 65 years old, $10 for 2nd vehicle; $5 if 65 and older. Your sticker will arrive by mail within 3-5 business days. Replacement stickers are $10 each.


Please print your receipt or show your online receipt confirmation to the attendant until your sticker arrives. Your sticker will arrive within 3-5 business days. Your receipt is your entry pass until the sticker arrives. Once received, it must be affixed to the registered vehicle’s front left bottom corner windshield.


Landscapers (anyone working on 3 or more properties) are required to purchase a seasonal permit from the Recycling Office at City Hall for $250.  Please call 978-499-0413 for the application.   

You have two (2) options for paying your bills; either by electronic check or by credit card.
There is no fee when paying by electronic check. The credit card fee is based on a sliding scale per transaction.

Need a refund? Call the Health Department at 978-465-4410, ext. 1. Please note, refunds are issued in the form of a check processed through the City Auditor's office, and sent via US Mail.
