Birth Records: Certified copies are available for individuals born in East Longmeadow or whose parents resided in East Longmeadow at the time of their birth.

Fee for online certificates is $10.00 + $1.00 for process and mailing.

If the parents of the child were not married at the time of the child's birth, you cannot apply for an online copy of the birth record or the marriage record. You must apply by mail and include a copy of photo identification, (drivers license or other government issued ID), of someone listed on the birth or marriage record. Click here for form.
