Certified copies are available for couples who came to the East Longmeadow Town Clerk's office to file their intentions for marriage.

Fee for online certificates is $10.00 + $1.00 for process and mailing.

NOTE: Not all vital records are public records. Some birth and marriage records are restricted.

If the parents of the child were not married at the time of the child's birth, you cannot apply for an online copy of the birth record or the marriage record. You must apply by mail and include a copy of photo identification, (drivers license or other government issued ID), of someone listed on the birth or marriage record. Click here to go to that link.
