RENEWALS:   If after searching for your dog, you are unable to locate the bill, try searching using ONLY your dog’s name or ONLY your last name.  If you still cannot locate the bill, it is likely because the rabies certificate we have on file has expired.  Please provide us an updated rabies certificate by mail, drop box, email to clerks@wilbraham-ma.gov, or fax to 413-596-2830.  

NEW DOGS:  We are only able to process dog licenses online if we have a current rabies certificate on file for your dog.

Mass General Laws (Ch. 140, S137 &137A) require a dog six months of age or older be licensed.  All established dogs should be licensed by March 30^th. A $10 late fee is imposed April 1^st to April 30^th.  The late fee increases to $25 from May 1st to May 31^st, and to $50 after May 31^st.

Online licensing fees include $1.00 for each license processed and mailed.
