A confirmation receipt will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.

Please be sure to check your Inbox, Spam or Junk folder for your confirmation receipt.

You must bring the receipt, a copy of this form printed and filled out, and the registration for the car.

Sticker must be placed on the front windshield behind the rearview mirror. Must be on car to access compactor.

THE VEHICLE PERMIT DECAL FOR FY25 is $20 for the first decal, $5 each additional, or $10 for a half year, January 1^st to June 30^th.

ALL HOUSEHOLDS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH 104 (or 52 from January 1^st to June 30^th) FREE TRASH BAG STICKERS (equals two free 35-gallon bags per week)
There are four options to purchase a permit decal for FY25. Please note that in all four options, we must see your vehicle registration. We accept viewing the actual registration in person or a photo on your phone if it contains all the necessary information. For the drop box or mail in options, a copy must be provided.

Town Offices. Permit decals may be purchase with cash, check or credit/debit card swipe at the town offices during open hours. Please bring your vehicle registration for verification. You will be given your 104 (or 52 from January 1^st to June 30^th) free bag stickers at time of permit decal purchase.

Online. You may purchase the permit decal online at this link: https://conwayma.gov/p/25/View-or-Pay-a-Bill. You must then either pick up your decal at the Town Offices (see above) or choose from the one of other two options below.

Drop Box. If you are unable to come to the Town Offices during open hours, you may drop off the application and payment in the drop box located in the front door. No cash is accepted in the drop box, so please provide a check or online payment receipt. Please provide a copy of your vehicle registration with this application and we will mail back your registration, vehicle permit decal and 104 (or 52 from January 1^st to June 30^th) free bag stickers.

Mail in. If necessary, you may mail in the application form. To do that please provide a copy of your vehicle registration with this application along with check or online payment receipt and we will mail back your registration, vehicle permit decal and 104 (or 52 from January 1^st to June 30^th) free bag stickers for a fee of $5.

The Transfer Station is located on Old Cricket Hill Road and is open on:
Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sundays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
