I understand that only the current monthly parking permit must be either hung from the rearview mirror or displayed on the vehicle dashboard in front of steering wheel with the month and year clearly visible. If I forget to display the parking permit, improperly display the permit, or display the incorrect month, a parking violation may be issued and cannot be dismissed for my error. IT IS ALSO MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE CITY’S WEBSITE, ENROLL IN CodeRED - THE CITY'S EMERGENCY ALERT & COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM, OR CALL THE PARKING ADMINISTRATION OFFICE FOR ANY SPECIAL EVENTS/HOLIDAYS THAT MAY AFFECT PARKING ON CITY STREETS AND IN MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS.
