2026 Stickers purchased online will be mailed.
Please allow up to two weeks for processing during high volume periods (December-March). To receive a sticker in person, visit the Police Station (41 Lowell St); only credit, debit, and ACH payment accepted.
Transfer Station Stickers are valid for the calendar year. Access to the Transfer Station will be denied without a valid sticker.
The Transfer Station is only for the use of Carlisle residents for trash, recycling, and food (organic) waste which originates in residences located in Carlisle due to normal household activity. Use is restricted to passenger cars and privately owned vans, pickup trucks, and trailers with the required, current identification sticker permanently affixed to the windshield (driver side) or displayed in an alternative manner acceptable to the DPW. No vehicle with a capacity greater than 5 cubic yards may dispose at the Transfer Station.
The Transfer Station is located at 59 Morse Rd (off Elizabeth Ridge Rd)
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday 10am-7pm and Saturday 8am-5pm
Unacceptable Waste:
Asbestos-containing materials, Tree Stumps, Explosives, Firearms, Junk Cars, Boats, Bulky Masonry, Hazardous waste as defined by the Massachusetts Waste Management Act, except on designated hazardous waste collection days.
