In order to purchase a Parking Permit online you must have access to a printer so that you are able to print the receipt and place it on your vehicle dashboard so that it is visible.
Any Parking Permit Passes, must have a valid Registration. To Add or Renew a pass, owner must have all City of North Adams Excise Taxes and Parking Tickets paid in full. Failure to pay either of these will result in a cancellation or a non-renew of your Parking Permit Pass.
Refund Policy: Please make your purchase of a permit carefully. The City of North Adams does not refund purchases of night parking permits under any conditions. In cases where the user believes a charge has appeared on his/her credit card statement by an act of fraud the user should contact the issuing bank and the issuing bank will then contact the City of North Adams.
