If you have any questions, please call the Duxbury Town Clerk's Office at (781) 934-1100 x5450 or x5451 prior to placing your order.

Please provide information for each dog that you are licensing.

Beach Dog Walking Permit Rules and Regulations: The owner or keeper of the dog shall cause it to wear around its neck or body a collar or harness to which the permit tag shall be securely attached. Any violation of the local, state or federal rules and regulations, or any violation of the Town of Duxbury’s by-laws, or any violation of the terms and conditions of the Duxbury Beach Dog Control Program will result in the immediate revocation of this permit for the remainder of the year and the above named person will be subject to a non-criminal disposition of $25.00 to $200.00 dollars.
