Transportation Fees


Please note: All students wanting transportation must register for the bus each year.  Students must be registered using the Aspen family portal. Fee-based riders must pay a bus fee in full at the time of registration to be guaranteed a seat.

The online payment portal is required for the following fee based bus riders:

  • Students in grades Kindergarten – 6th grade that live within 2 miles of their applicable school
  • Students in grades 7 – 12 who wish to ride the bus

During the payment process, you will be asked to provide each student’s State Identifier, or “SASID” number.  This number can be found in Aspen, in the family portal.  Click on the student’s name and enter in the 10 digit number shown to the right of the State Identifier label.

Fees Before July 1st:
One Student $250
Two Students (Family Cap) $500

Fees After July 1st:
One Student $300
Two Students (Family Cap) $600
