Please read the following policies carefully before finalizing your registration:

  • Eligibility: Franklin County Adult Education courses are open to students 18 years of age or older, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the course description.
  • Children in Classes: For safety and insurance reasons, children are not permitted to accompany adults to classes.
  • Franklin County Technical School maintains a 100% drug-, alcohol-, and smoke-free campus, including the use of vaping products.
  • Refund Policy: To receive a full tuition refund, cancellations must be made at least five (5) calendar days before the scheduled start date of the class.
    • No refunds or partial refunds will be issued less than five (5) calendar days before the class begins.
    • Students assume responsibility for all personal, family, or business-related conflicts.
    • If a class is canceled by Franklin County Technical School, a full refund will be issued.
