Join us aboard the Dolphin Fleet for Sail Boston as we celebrate Hull Celebrates America’s 250th Anniversary.
We will cruise historic Boston Harbor and get close up views of the world’s greatest sailing ships. The vessel will be departing from Pemberton Pier, Hull on, Wednesday, 7/15/26 at 10:00am, 1:00 pm, 4:00pm & 7:30 pm. Trips are approximately 2 hours in length. Book now while space is available.
Terms and Conditions
With purchase of ticket or tickets issued by the Town of Hull, Dolphin Fleet of Provincetown, Inc., Dolphin Fishing Fleet, Inc., Cape Cod Fishing Fleet, Inc. and/or Portuguese Princess Excursions, Inc. referred to collectively as (WE) or (Carrier) below, passengers are subject to and, by virtue of purchasing a ticket and participating with said ticket, agree to the following all of which shall constitute a legally binding contract with these terms and conditions.
It is agreed by the passenger(s) and the carrier that: All passengers shall arrive 1 hour before his/her/their trip departure time to allow for timely parking, arrival confirmation and boarding. All reservations must be confirmed 20 minutes before sailing time. Failure to confirm 20 minutes before sailing time will result in the space being sold and your reservation for that trip forfeited. Carrier staff will make every effort to get you on the next available trip if available for that day. Vessels depart at Pemberton Pier, Hull, MA. No carry on or outside alcohol or alcoholic beverages are permitted. Most trips are two (2) hours in length depending on whales, weather and other factors. We reserve the right to cancel or delay trips due to weather or other unforeseen circumstance so be sure we have your cell phone number or local contact number and an e-mail to contact you. Best efforts will be made to contact you if there are any changes in trip scheduling. Please be advised that all sales are final. Any refunds will be in the sole discretion of the Carrier.
Passenger hereby acknowledges that the vessel they are boarding is going out to open waters of the Atlantic Ocean where large seas and bad weather may occur. The passenger agrees that they are of sound body and wellness to physically handle such conditions. There is also a risk of water and spray to passengers and their items and personal belongings. Carrier is not responsible for damage to personal items and belongings brought onboard. Carrier may refuse passenger(s) entry to the vessel at their own discretion for any or no reason, including, but not limited to any violation of these terms and conditions. It is also agreed by and between the carrier and the passenger(s) that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to this contract shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the exclusion of any other state or country. In any case governed by 46 US code section 183.b US statute permits any ship owner to limit the time in which a passenger may file a claim or commence a suit against a ship owner. You may not maintain a lawsuit against the Carrier for loss of life or bodily injury unless (a) written notice of the claim is delivered to the carrier not later than six (6) months after the day of death or injury, and (b) the lawsuit is commenced not later than one(1) year after the day of death or injury.
